This position is responsible for overseeing all meetings, coordinating the work of the officers, and committees, hosting events and making sure it is all within budget.

We are looking for someone who is competent, a good multitasker and can manage large groups.

This position is responsible for field maintenance and field projects. and handles senior, and spirit activities.

We are looking for someone who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty, and is good at organizing events and running committees.

This position is responsible for raising money through fundraisers and concessions.

We are looking for someone who has new and fresh ideas that can help lead us to achieving all our goals for the baseball program. :)

This position is responsible for accruing and promoting sponsorships and creating and selling merchandise.

We are looking for someone who is creative, maybe a little artistic, and is good with people.

This position is responsible for relaying all communications to our baseball families and the community through all of our communication lines.

We are looking for someone who has ideas on how we can be more active through our social media platforms. Someone who is creative and either has worked with creating Canva’s before, or is willing to learn, and is well written.

This position is responsible for maintaining and updating all records. They manage the fall and spring mentorship programs with the elementary schools.

We are looking for someone who is very organized.

This position is responsible for all monies that go in and out of the club and maintaining accurate records. They are also responsible for tracking the budget and making sure that we are on track throughout the year.

We are looking for someone who is trustworthy and good with math. :)

This position is responsible for keeping the website current and up to date at all times.

They will work in coordination with the VP communications.

We are looking for someone who is a little tech savvy, creative and solution oriented.

This is a non voting role.
