Trade the baseball diamond for the putting green and join us for our annual golf tournament! This tournament is one of the most important fundraisers of the year, and the money raised directly supports the Stony Point Baseball program. Because September 21 is a teacher in-service day, we plan to make the most of the day and have a great time on the course. We want everyone to play—and to bring a friend, neighbor, coworker, golfing buddy, or anyone else who enjoys a little friendly competition. Whether you are a scratch golfer or your golf ball spends more time in the woods than on the fairway, there is room in the lineup for you. More registration, sponsorship, and tournament details will be coming soon. Tiger Baseball will be rolling into the Homecoming Parade with a bright, bold, neon-themed float! We need volunteers who are ready to step up to the plate and help us build, decorate, and bring the float to life. We are also looking for a couple of portable speakers so we can add music and make sure Tiger Baseball is heard before we are even seen. Most importantly, we want as many of our baseball players as possible to participate in the parade. This is a great opportunity for our athletes to represent the program, connect with the Stony Point community, and show everyone that Tiger Baseball spirit shines bright—especially in neon. More information about float-building dates, supplies, meeting locations, and parade-day details will be shared soon.
