Approve updated Bylaws
Briefly went over updates to the new bylaws - main change is the introduction of a new position. The role of VP Fundraising was split into two roles, VP Fundraising which will now handle any and all fundraising, and concessions, and VP Marketing which will now handle all sponsorships and merchandise.

Go over budget and approve
Carrie went line by line through the budget for the year. Coach Larson updated us on the upcoming changes to be covered by the district, such as new turf fields, covered cages, AC added to concessions and the baseball classroom, and a new roof. We will know by Oct 1 if the changes will start this year or next year.
With that in mind the Booster Clubs focus has changed from covered cages to updating the dugouts, and getting a new score board.
